Description

Type : 2K Universal Master Tint Acrylic PolyUrethane.

Application : Master Tint Topcoat have system is 2K universal which repair spot and over all of car.

• Good Weathering
• Excellent anticorrosion

Drying Time : During time between the first spray top coat and the  second spray top coat  is 3-5 minutes, at temperature 30 C have touch dry 5-10 minutes and 5-10 minutes can the spray Clear Coat.

Prepare Surfacer : Cleaning by Meiji Degreaser which wipe over all surfacer.

Prepare colour and ratio :

• Meiji Master TINT = 30
• Meiji Binder 2K MJ150 = 70
• Meiji Thinner 2K Slow = 100

Using Method :

• Equipment is Air Spray Gun
• Viscosity NK#2  12-13 seconds/25C , Ford Cup#4 15-16 seconds/25C
• 2-3 Spray Round
• Distance between spray gun and substrate is 15-20 cm
• Wind Power is 3-4 kg/cm2
