Type : 2K Universal Binder Acrylic PolyUrethane.

Application : It is Binder for mixing with Master Tint appreciate to spray over all and spot of car

Special Application :

• Excellent  aluminium orientation
• Front View is white and Side View is black
• Easy to spray and smooth film

Drying Time : During time between the first spray top coat   and the second spray top coat  is 3-5 minutes, at temperature 30 C have touch dry 5-10 minutes and 5-10 minutes can the spray Clear Coat.

Prepare Surfacer : Cleaning by Meiji Degreaser which wipe over all surfacer.

Prepare colour and ratio :

• Meiji Binder 2K = 70
• Meiji Master Tint = 30
• Meiji Thinner 2K Slow = 100

Using Method :

• Equipment is Air Spray Gun
• Viscosity NK#2  12-13 seconds/25C , Ford Cup#4 15-16 seconds/25C
• 2-3 Spray Round Distance between spray gun substrate is 15-20 cm
• Wind Power is 3-4 kg/cm2
