Description

Type : Premium Polyester Putty.

Application : Use to adjust surfacer for smooth over all substrate.

Special Application :

• Non sagging and Easy draw down.
• Fast dry and Easy wet sanding.
• Appreciate for dry sanding .
• Good adhestion.

Colour :

• Part A :  Yellow.
• Parrt B :  Pink.

Dry for sanding : At temperature 35C  pass time 15-20 minutes can dry sanding .

Packing Size :

• Part A : 2 Kg
• Part B  : 80 g

Prepare Surfacer :

• Pale off the old paint by Hiact  Latex Abrasive Paper grit number 80 and 100 and decorate by grit number 120 and 150
• Cleaning by Meiji Degreaser which wipe over all surfacer .

Prepare Colour :

• Stirring putty before use.
• Mix putty with hardener ratio 100:2 by weight.

Ratio : Part A  :  Part B = 50:1

Port Life : 3-4 minutes after mixing

Method for use : Knife for draw down made of metal or plastic.
